Gently Falling October Project Kit Tutorial 2011

I can't tell you how much I have enjoyed using this fall set for my Ocober Kit Tutorial and I know you will, too.  The Kit Tutorial has 4 cards and a 3-d item with beautiful Fall colors that you will enjoy creating.  I even incorporated the Spice Cake Designer Fabric for my 3-d item, not to mention the Designer Series Paper that I used for my cards. Playing with Colors



Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Thursday !!!

You know how you wanted to do something and yo can't seem to get going because of the so many interruptions, well that has been my day today. First, I could not get any internet which took an hour to fixed, then call after call, and finally after a bit of me time I got my card done. Today's colors- Night of Navy, More Mustard, Cajun Craze and for my Neutral, Whisper White.  I used the Pretty Postage stamp set - the new 1" square punch and the postage punch. Hope you like it.

Swirls and Curls

Happy Wednesday !!!

I just love using this sentiment with the balloons- so Cute!  I used the Cupcake with paper piecing and this bright and colorful designer paper that compliments the gingham ribbon.  I did texture embossing on my background using the square lattice EF.  Hope you like it.

MDS Tuesday

Happy Tuesday !!!

Today's card combines digital and stamped equals to sweet and cute.  The background was digital and even added a digital splatter in the bacckground.  The flower was stamped and punched. The leaves were stamped and cut. The sentiment is also digital. I did a bitt of distressing on my main panel, and added the strip of ribbon.  Hope you like it.

Stampin' Up Teeny Tiny Wishes

Happy Monday !!!

Yesterday went by so fast I did not even realized that I forgot to post (my bad). Anyway, I thought I'd post early for the Simply Simpple week.  I used the Flower Garden EF which is becomig to be one of my favorites. There is very little stamping as you can see. I used the Beautiful Wings sizzlit die and the stripes textured EF. I added a touch of DSP for my border and decorated the card with pearls and ribbon. Hope you like it.

Consider It Cased

Happy Saturday !!!

I saw this beautiful Halloween  card from Kriss's Blog ( Stamp with Kriss) and I knew I just have to case it.  Her colors are just delightful. I did make a few changes with my card but decided to used her colors, and the layout minus the sentiment. I used the Tasteful Trim border, added the ruffled ribbon and the designer brad.  Hope you like it.

Doily Triple Layer Card

I don't have time to stamp today so I thought I can show you a  card I did for my stamp class using the doily triple layer punch.  I used the Calypso Coral, Blushing Bride, and Wisteria Wonder c/s to make the doilies. I also decorated the center with brads. Hope you like it.

Playing with Colors 70

Today's colors for our Playing with Colors week- Peach Parfait, Calypso Coral, Soft Suede and I chose Whisper White for my Neutral.  I used Peach Parfait for my background panel and used the snow burst IF.  I  stamped my leaves inBasic Black and coloring them with markers. For my flower, I stamped it in Basic Black using the In Color DSP Peach Parfait. Hope you like it.

Stampin' Up Sweet Summer

Here's a quick and simple birthday card using the flower eyelets and addin brads in the center of the flowers. I used DSP and dry embossing for my background panel. I stamped the main image and colored the leaves. I used the beautiful sentiment from the Friendly Phrases. Hope you like it.

MDS Tuesday

I just got this digital Christmas Lodge and did this card that would make a wonderful card for Christmas.
It was really easy and fun to make- had a nice piercing around the main panel, a DSP background and a striped ribbon bow and button for accents.  Hope you like it.

Stampin' Up Kindness Matters

Happy Monday !!!

Last weekend was a wonderful time spent with family - a reunion with our first cousins that we have not seen in years. we had the best of times catching up and reminiscing the good old days.  It's hard to
believe that our family has grown so much.  There was so much food and laughter... and tons of pictures.
Today's card is for Simply Simple week using the Kindness Matters stamp set.  I kept it pretty much simple using dry embossing on my main frame.  The border I stamped and cut and put them together in a row.  Hope you like it.

Here's a bright a cheery card that I cased from Jessica' s blog ( Ink It Up) using the Flower Fest Stamp set.  I just love her sweetly designed card and colors.  I did make a few changes  and step -up the flowers using the scallop circle punch after I stamped them.  I omitted the border to make room for my sentiment. Hope you like it.

Finally enjoying my day off- thought it would never come.  I was going to sleep in late but woke up when my DH got up to work, so I decided to just start my day. I was trying to come up with a card to post when I saw this card swap I did for our demo group. We are supposed to make Baby/kids card and this Ain't Love Grand stamp set came in handy.  I used the new 1" SQUARE PUNCH for my background
which happened to be in the new Holiday Mini. Hope you like it.

One of our co-workers is retiring  (wish I was, too) so I thought this will make a nice retirement card.
I used the Have a Seat stamp image with some disressing.  I added the striped ribbon and a lace underneath.  Hope you like it.

MDS Tuesday

I really enjoyed making this card using MDS with punched squares.  I printed the leaves and the sentiment.  The colors of the leaves are- Caju Craze, Lucky Limeade, Crumb Cake and More Mustard.
I used the Postage punch to farme the squares.  Hope you like it.
